Opago and Capital Residencies (CAP) first entered an agreement in July 2020. CAP is a fast growing luxury apartment operator in prime central London.
Opago provided CAP with housekeeping services, linen, logistics, key handling, storage and daily coordination of activities. Opago also provided a tech platform for CAP to access all their services via a dashboard with live schedule tracking and downloadable reports.
The requirement for CAP was to be able to keep a lean and efficient team while growing their portfolio month on month. This meant they needed support with the onboarding of new properties (including set up and styling for photography) and the ongoing daily servicing of them as the market began to recover post lockdown.
CAP has grown its portfolio by 100% in the first 2 months of working with Opago and this has been facilitated by the unique advantages of the collaboration between a leading apartment operator and the tech enabled Ops platform provided by Opago.
The next step is a fully integrated connection between CAP’s property management software and Opago’s Ops platform. This will mean that all bookings received by CAP will be automatically scheduled in the Opago system and the apartment will be ready for the new guests without the need for any coordination or communication between CAP and Opago. This will offer a seamless solution for CAP that is highly efficient and cost effective.
