Opago and LDG first entered into an agreement in October 2019. LDG is an award winning estate agency based in the heart of Fitzrovia with an excellent central London client base.
Opago provided LDG with housekeeping services, linen, logistics, key handling, storage and daily coordination of activities. Opago also provided a tech platform for LDG to access all their services via a dashboard with live schedule tracking and downloadable reports.
LDG began to scale their serviced apartment operation over the summer in 2019, when long let yields were not offering such attractive returns for their clients. At first they managed this new business line in-house but it was starting to draw on their resources and the team’s time.
Opago met with LDG and made a proposal based on their current requirements, ensuring that the solution offered was cost effective and highly reactive. As LDG is an estate agency, there was a fluid movement of properties between their agency side and the short term rental side, so Opago needed to be able to onboard new properties in 24 hours and have them ready for guests the next day.
Between November 2019 and September 2020, LDG has grown their portfolio by 5x while maintaining the small sized in-house team they started with. This demonstrates how successful LDG have been at building their business and the excellent value that Opago has created for them.
