• Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience is required — ideally 5 years.
• This is a self-employed position. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applicants on Student visas for this role.
•You must have the right to work in the UK.

• £14–£16/hour rate is based on performance-reviewed every month:
  
     • Above & Beyond 4.9–5.0 = £16ph
  • Excellent 4.6–4.8 £15.50ph
  • Good 4.3–4.5 £15ph
  • Minimum 4.0–4.2 £14

• Weekly pay + performance bonuses

• Name mentions - if we receive personalised feedback about certain service - we add £20 extra to this service

• Monthly bonuses - £50–£150 extra for our top performers
‍
• Annual bonus - every year we throw a Christmas party for our whole Housekeeping team. We have an end of year awards ceremony where we announce our top performers for the year who receive extra bonuses, vouchers or gifts to recognise their hard work and dedication

• We also organise a number of other team socials throughout the year to come together and celebrate our hard work
