• £14–£16/hour Rate is based on performance-reviewed every month:
• Above&Beyond 4.9–5.0 = £16ph
• Excellent 4.6–4.8 £15.50ph
• Good 4.3–4.5 £15ph
• Minimum 4.0–4.2 £14
• Weekly pay + performance bonuses
• Name mention - if we receive personalised feedback about certain service cleaner done we add £20 to this service extra for him
• Monthly bonuses - if you are housekeeper with top scores but also cooperative, friendly it's a pleasure to work with you you can receive from £50–£150 extra on the month end
• Yearly bonus - Every year we throw a Xmas party for entire Housekeeping department. We also announcing there performers of the year who gets money bonuses, vouchers or gifts
