We’re excited to announce our partnership with Cohabs, a rapidly growing coliving operator known for its sustainable, community-focused living spaces. Since October 2024, we’ve been supporting their expanding Paris portfolio with a full suite of operational services designed to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency at every level.
Our team is now managing day-to-day operations across all 15 Cohabs properties in Paris, representing approximately 300 rooms. This includes weekly cleaning of communal areas, in-room housekeeping, and turnover management between residents, all delivered with the precision and reliability that Cohabs’ residents expect.
